A Special Evening of Yoga for Drivers & Riders
Thursday, 27th November 2025 – 7.15 pm for 7.30 pm start

Are you spending long hours behind the wheel of a car or on a motorcycle? Do you notice stiff hips, tight shoulders, or a sore back after a day on the road? Your body and mind deserve a break—and we’ve designed this session just for you.
Join us for a fun and restorative yoga evening specifically for NSADR members. This isn’t your average yoga class. Every movement targets the strains drivers and riders experience daily. Through stretching, strengthening, and deep breathing, you’ll:
- Release tension: Ease tight hips, shoulders, and lower back discomfort.
- Boost focus and reduce stress: Calm your nervous system and sharpen mental alertness for safer journeys.
- Increase flexibility and strength: Keep joints supple and muscles stable.
- Improve posture: Counteract the “hunch” from driving or riding.
- Accelerate recovery: Help your body bounce back faster after a long drive or ride.
No experience needed!
Whether you’re a seasoned rider, daily commuter, or professional driver, even a few minutes of yoga can make a big difference in how you feel. We’ll guide you through poses that are both accessible and effective.
No special clothing or equipment required.
Take the first step toward feeling better on and off the road—exclusively for NSADR members. Just turn up on the night.
Refreshments provided: Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available.
