My passion for biking began in 1963 at just four years old. From Schoolboy Scrambling in my youth to competitive racing after my military service, motorcycling has been a lifelong pursuit. I competed on tarmac in the Vintage and Classic Bike British Championships and raced internationally, gaining a deep appreciation for the art and sport of riding.
More recently, I faced a personal wake-up call that made me reflect on my road safety skills. This led me to become an Advanced Rider, committed to refining my Roadcraft. Today, as a National Observer, I take great pride in helping others enhance their own riding skills, safety, and enjoyment on two wheels.
